[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 14.0 status: distribution

Hello Angelos,

this is great news.

I added 14.0 "Malena" and the text from the welcome.txt

Maybe we could ask Zolan Ski for a quote about 100% translation and how 
important OSGeoLive is from his perspective.

And maybe we could also ask Marco Minghi for a quote  about the meaning 
of OSGeoLive for ESA/EU/Copernicus  as we talked about the use with  
https://creodias.eu/
