[OSGeoLive] Open Souce Peer Bonus for Angelos

I missed the announcement, but thought I should let people know that
Angelos has been awarded Google's Open Source Peer Bonus.

This is a cool way for Google employees to say thanks to a few people for
their open source contributions.
