[OSGeoLive] Open Souce Peer Bonus for Angelos

Hi all,

It will be nice to have an announcement in GeoForAll Newsletter also.
Maybe someone would like to send me (labrinos at eled.auth.gr) a  
paragraph to publish in the next issue. Anything for publication  
should be sent to me until October 27th.
