[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 15.0 status: rc1

Hi all,

We have managed to fix all critical issues and we are happy to announce 
that the first release candidate of OSGeoLive 15.0 is available!
Please download [1], test and report any issues found [2]. Changelog 
available at [3].
The VM version will become available within the next 48h.
