[OSGeoLive] Shall we switch the documentation to version 15?

Hi,

My preference would be to keep what we were doing in the previous 
releases: switch the website after we have uploaded the final version on 
SourceForge.

We should be expecting some feedback from workshops next week, if no 
blocker arise, we should probably call rc1 as final.
