[OSGeoLive] Planning weekly meetings for 16.0

Hi all,

I have started working on base system and deb packages for the next version.

Latest geos, proj, gdal are now on UbuntuGIS Unstable, so I will also 
use those packages for our nightly ppa soon:
https://launchpad.net/%7Eubuntugis/+archive/ubuntu/ubuntugis-unstable/+packages?field.name_filter=&field.status_filter=published&field.series_filter=jammy
After that, we can start the nightly builds.
