Comment:

 bug in `deegree_start.sh`

 * open firefox, use tabs to view multiple windows
 * choose menu -> Geospatial -> Web services -> Deegree -> Start deegree

 note the error `Firefox is already running`; no deegree

 FIX comment out `sudo -u "$USER_NAME" \` in
 `/usr/local/bin/deegree_start.sh`

 retry without closing Firefox;  deegree starts
