 Okay, then changing QGIS project file's shape file paths from
 {{{/home/user/data/natural_earth2/*.shp}}} to
 {{{/usr/local/share/data/natural_earth2/*.shp}}} make sense.

 By the way, the following English article describes Ubuntu 22.04 home user
 folder permission change (755=>750).\\
 And it also mentions that my suggestion way is "less secure" one. :)\\
