[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 15.0 status: beta2

Hi all,

The second beta version of OSGeoLive 15.0 is available.
Please download [1], test and report any issues found [2]. Changelog 
available at [3].
For those who are working on the VM version, please continue testing and 
fixing bugs in beta1 VM.
