no need. if the files are located at the default locations
  https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/ligdal-java/filelist
any application and OJ should pick them up automatically.

will doublecheck and release a new OJ anyway before the disc is finalized. for that we only need to update osgeo.conf on https://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP/osgeo/.
