Hi all,

I finally got some time to work on this issue.
The good news is that we have a booting iso:
http://download.osgeo.org/livedvd/nightly/

I will now merge my working branch to master and we can start receiving
pull requests for 15.0

We may still have a problem with EFI boot, since this part of the iso
creation is now disabled, I have some ideas how ti fix in later stage.

Best,
Angelos
