[OSGeoLive] Planning weekly meetings for 16.0

Hi all,

FOSS4G 2023 is going to happen in June next year so we need to start 
preparing at least 2 months earlier for OSGeoLive 16.0.

I am proposing to start our weekly meetings on Tuesday December 6th at 
20:00 UTC.
Thoughts?
