[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 15.0 status: distribution

Hi all,

We are officially freezing builds for 15.0.
The final iso has been uploaded to SourceForge and the git tag has been 
created.

We will soon upload a new release candidate for the VM version to 
confirm some fixes and then upload the final VM version as well.
