[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive is now at fosstodon

Hello all,

I registered OSGeoLive at fosstodon

https://fosstodon.org/@osgeolive

What I did:
- configured the account
- imported the network
- build the bridge to twitter

I followed the instruction at:
https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2850

Next step
- some fosstodon start toots
- announce it
- change the links on some pages to fosstodon instead of twitter
