[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 16.0 status: nightly

Hi Angelos,

Good news about the new OSGeoLive 16 status. 
There will need to be some changes to the MapServer deployment to use the new CONFIG file introduced in MapServer 8. I can take a look at that and open a pull request.
