 The targets where efforts have been taken are:

 * html,
 * linkcheck,
 * locale

 Any other targets need work.

 Questions to ask:

 * Besides the one we build, do we really need other target?
   * If so which one and why?
   * If not, then remove the targets that we will not work for from the
 build
