[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 16.0 status: distribution

Great,
Have to do some final changes on pgRouting's workshop, therefore I will use
it to test the workshop.
That would cover testing:
* postgresql
* postgis
* pgrouting
* qgis
* Geoserver
