 !MapWindow was **probably** retired on v9.0, the documentation is not used
 and needs to be removed.

 project_info need update on which version was retired

 !MapWindow is listed in prior applications:

 and mentions that was last available mentioned on version 8.0

 My deduction is: it was retired on v8.5 that number I will use on
 projects.csv
