[OSGeoLive] Newbie query about Geoserver on OSGeoLive 16

Angelos,

Thanks for that. I spent some time going through permissions for different things, but seemingly to no avail.

The one thing that worked was locating where the GeoServer startup script actually was (find didn’t seem to help much), and running it with sudo. I have read and write permissions on that file as a user, but maybe something inside it needs sudo to work
