 I am not familiar with Java, but I think that using Java11 as default is
 worth to try, because `deegree-webservices-tomcat-bundle` seems to be
 supported up to `3.4.35`, and upgrading `3.6.0-pre2` seems to require
 rewriting most of the code of `install_deegree.sh` to work from WAR file.
