 The mapserver-doc package doesn't contain the MapServer documentation -
 only a ReadMe.MD and a few other files from the main MapServer repository
 - see https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/mapserver-doc/filelist

 We'll need to upload the HTML docs to
 http://download.osgeo.org/livedvd/data/mapserver/ (I don't have access,
 but can generate the docs and create and share the zip), and then bump the
 version number in
 https://github.com/OSGeo/OSGeoLive/blob/ddc20ba70a123d90e238aa67f5c323cef45a162b/bin/install_mapserver.sh#L59
