[OSGeoLive] Resume meetings targeting 17.0 release

Hi all,

Shall we resume our weekly meetings in order to finish 17.0 release?
I am proposing Tuesdays at 16:00 UTC (obviously starting next week) as a 
new meeting time, please let me know if that works for you.
