[OSGeoLive] Preparations for the final 17.0 iso

Hi all,

I am compiling a list of things that need to be done for the final 17.0 iso:

* Desktop background for FOSS4G 2025 (looks like this is done)
* Update screenshots in documentation
* Finalize the projects to be included in the iso
* Build the documentation for the iso
* Copy all the deb packages to the release ppa
* Build the RC1 iso
* Test RC1 (repeat with RC2 etc if needed)
* Publish the final iso
* Prepare the VM version
* Publish VM version
* Update website to point to 17.0

Please review the list and let me know if I am missing something.
Ideally we would like to have the final iso for the FOSS4G 2025 event.
