[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 17.0 status: rc2

Happy New Year!

The first build for the VM is now available.
Please download [1] test and report any issues found [2]

Known issues:
There are a few projects that are not ready or failing in the VM build:
* GeoNode (pending change to docker setup)
* EOxServer (needs a maintainer to update the installer)
* T-Rex (needs a maintainer, no debian installer for noble or docker 
image available. 2 years inactivity on GitHub.)
* Rasdaman (download server is down 
http://kahlua.eecs.jacobs-university.de/~earthlook/osgeo/ )
* pgAdmin (freezes after installation)
