[OSGeoLive] OSGeoLive 17.0 status: rc2

Hi all,

Since there has been no feedback or fixes for the VM, I propose we stop 
here and re-think the VM version in 18.0.
Proposal for next version:
1. We remove unresponsive projects
2. We ask active project to provide docker-only setups for the VM 
version from now on.

Thoughts?
