[Oskari-user] Oskari new release 1.45.0 available

Hi all Oskari-people!

Oskari 1.45.0 has been released! Lot's of changes to the server-side and
front-end and new features now available for testing (e.g. downloadbasket,
time series functionality). Almost all bundles are also now OpenLayers4
compatible.
