[Oskari-user] Upcoming Oskari 2.3.0 ~ early May

Hi everyone,

We are planning on releasing 2.3.0 in about a month/early May. If you have code you wish to contribute to the release please make the PRs asap. Current plans for starting a code-freeze period for new features will be after next week (~19.4.). Smaller bugfixes can be merged after that as well. As for https://github.com/oskariorg/oskari-docs/issues/245 we will probably do the cleanup after releasing 2.3.0.
