[Oskari-user] Upcoming Oskari 2.11 version & verkostopäivä (in Finnish)

Good news everyone,

The next release is drawing closer. We are targeting the release 2.11 for late May-early June. If you have some upcoming PRs that you still want to include on the release, now is the time to make them happen.
