[OTT_OSGEO] chamelon-GRASS application site with URL

I too must congratulate Max.  We first heard of GRASS Server at 
FOSS/GRASS'04 in Radim Blazek's presentation 
(http://gisws.media.osaka-cu.ac.jp/grass04/viewabstract.php?id=30) and 
were instantly interested.

Max deserves a pat on the back for making this work.  Great work!
