New WIKI Changes

Hey folks....


Naming conventions were getting a little messy using a flat file
approach....

I am switching things over to a tree approach to keep things cleaner.

This makes evrything we do stay under the parent tree heading of
Ottawa_Chapter

Old Example:
Wiki code: * [[OTT_Directory_Business | Business]] 
Resulting link:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php?title=OTT_Directory_Business

New Example:
Wiki Code: * [[Ottawa_Chapter/Directory/Business | Business]]
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php/Ottawa_Chapter/Directory/Business

This way you can navigate cleaner from the address bar and know where
you are...

Notive that the first _ (underscore is kept because this is the main
stub page for the chapter.)

Before I sugested we use underscores for a naming convention.... I
didn't know we could build trees.  I like to organize things in boxes I
guess.

I hope this works for you WIKI contributors. Just follow the examples
present and you should be ok. I left in old code with comments for
reference. And also to salvage old data and I transfer it over.
