[Ottawa_users] Meeting for July

Well, Frank can't make it tonight, I'm a bit sketchy due to work load;
so I think it's safe to call off the proposed meeting for tonight?

Summer seems to be a hard time to organize these for; perhaps we should
aim for something later this month/early next month?
