[Ottawa_users] change in venue for this week's meeting

This week's/month's Ottawa OSGEO meeting will be at Patty's Pub, at  
Bank and Ossington in Old Ottawa South, because the Fox and Feather  
was all booked up.  I've reserved for 10 people - if you have reason  
to believe numbers will be high this month, please let me know and  
I'll boost the reservation.
