Thanks very much for the links, I'm sure they will prove to be very useful.

A contact of mine revealed that Nav Canada does have this data as well but it isn't publically available from them. Thanks very much, Dave. I hope to get to the next Fox gatehring so as to thank you in person!

Cheers

Hey Folks,

Looks like the site was overhawled so much they spun off a s new site.

https://apollo.ic.gc.ca/pls/engdoc_anon/sd_pages.main

use these search forms:
https://apollo.ic.gc.ca/pls/engdoc_anon/sd_pages.main#Radio%20Frequency%20Search

This is the georelated form:
https://apollo.ic.gc.ca/pls/engdoc_anon/wehttps://apollo.ic.gc.ca/pls/engdoc_anon/sd_pages.main#Radio%20Frequency%20Searchb_search.geographical_input

fill in the top and pick all the attributes from the bellow pick list

Of the GoC application I have come across, this ones looks pretty
straight forward and intuitive.

Let me know if this helped.

Cheers
