[Ottawa_users] Interest in April Meetup?

I'd be interested.  Also, I can put forward the topic of tile caches as 
something I'm working on right now that we could discuss.  Not claiming 
to be an expert or anything, but I've been getting my hands dirty with 
testing various configurations of MapCache (see 
http://mapserver.org/trunk/mapcache/index.html).
