[Ottawa_users] Request for Comments on 2011 Chapter Update

Hi Folks,

Please send me your comments on the Chapter Update for 2011. Please
see the Update
for 2009 <http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Ottawa_Chapter_Report_2009> for an
idea. It follows along the lines of past activities/accomplishments/outlook
for coming year etc.

Just a few bullet points would do.

I will post the completed Update to list for review in the coming days.
