[Ottawa_users] Stepping Down as Co-Chair

First off, thanks to all the folks who have helped me out this year!

A second thanks goes out to all the folks who have come out & the many that
have presented! You folks make the meetings more interesting & engaging.

My reason for stepping down is simply not having much spare time. I've
become quite busy with my contracting work. I will certain stay involved and
be out as often as my schedule permits.

Again, thanks to all those that make our group a great monthly event.
