Hello Javed.

Can you provide me with the abstracts and the name of the people doing a
presentation? I would like to submit the list of the abstracts today to the
OSGeo mailing list.

In terms of audience, did you get any feedback from all the people you have
been contacting. We will have to fill in that room.  As I send the list of
abstracts, I will also ask for who is planning to attend.
