[Ottawa_users] New Co-Chair

Greetings,

As you know, Christy has stepped down from co-chairing with me and tonight
was the last night in order to be candidate for the vacant co-chair
position.

Javed Syed has volunteered to co-chair with me, for my greatest pleasure. I
fully support that. It should help us to organize the future events and the
monthly meetings.

So if you are all happy with this situation, then we should officially
declare Javed the new co-chair of OSGeo Ottawa Local Chapter.
