> High level of computer literacy including database management, social statistics software (e.g., PCensus, and Beyond 20/20), communication tools and mapping software (Quantum GIS or ArcGIS);
> Excellent knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) with experience with at least one of the following platform Drupal, Django, Joomla
> Experience (intermediate level) with HTML, JavaScript and either PHP or Python
> Provision of IT support
> Familiarity with open data concepts and tools
> Website development experience
> Experience in project management to achieve expected results on time and within available resources;
> Masters degree in Computer Science, Geography, Urban Planning, Social Work, Public Policy, Population Health, Environmental Studies or related field, or three years related experience;
> Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team approach;
> Ability to supervise and coordinate the work of consultants, student placements, and volunteers. 
> Experience in any of the following are assets:
> 
> Bilingual (French / English)
> Experience negotiating data sharing agreements and protocols
> Familiarity with geomatics and mapping
> Good knowledge of the voluntary and health sectors in Eastern Ontario
> Knowledge of research and evaluation methodologies, frameworks and ethics relevant to the voluntary and health sectors
> Knowledge of a non-official language
> Experience in quantitative data analysis
