I agree with Richard.

Last minutes meetings do not allow us to have as many member as a meeting
well planned on a regular base. It is not using everyone's time at its
best. I think it is best to try to stick to the third Thursday of the
month. December was an exception because of the Christmas times and the
notice was given weeks before.

I will take some time to prepare a short presentation of a tool called
Google Refine, that is really good to clean up data of all kinds really
quickly. And it gets really useful with the Open Data of the City of Ottawa.
