[Ottawa_users] Resigning from OSGeo Ottawa co-chair position

Hello Fabien,

   Your leadership and passion will be missed; but you did say that this is
not goodbye so we the group will still be looking forward to your
contributions, ideas, and inspiration.

   Most of us in the group will probably agree that nobody wants to let
OSGEO-Ottawa to just die out. However, your resignation and myself not
being able to attend the meetings in the last few months got me thinking
that we should probably re-think how we conduct "business". The model of
meeting once a month in a pub, in my opinion, prevents certain groups of
people from participating. I also think that a more project-based approach
is more attractive so people know exactly how and when they can contribute.
