[Ottawa_users] Volunteers for EnvisionGeomatics 2014

Hi all,

Zak, Scott, thanks for your replies. @ Zack, based on the time of day, you
would probably be paired up with someone that speaks both languages, so you
will be able to help without being left out :)

@All: for the details, review the email Daniel sent this afternoon.

@Richard, Regie, Chistie : are you available for helping or are thing too
busy for you?

@Scott: Sounds good. Waiting for your feedback.

@Javed, if you come in the afternoon, can it sounds like a good idea to
have a laptop with the latest OSGeoLive CD. I just downloaded the DVD and
will have it running on my laptop. I`ll try to bring an additional screen
too.

@Javed, let me know for the posters, it is becoming an urgent matter. If I
have no news by this Friday, I will see where I can get that printed.
