There had been mention of nominations for the upcoming meeting.
I suggest that Jerome be nominated for this given his considerable contributions to the FOSS4G  community over the past year.
He has worked closely with the Ottawa community on the FOSS4G 2017 bid and has brought a fresh enthusiasm to the meetings at the Fox.
The Ottawa FOSS4G community is stronger for his contributions.
