[Ottawa_users] Ottawa_users Digest, Vol 112, Issue 2

This is great guys. I'll send in the nomination tonight. Not sure how many
guys are in the OSGEO mailing list, but it looks like there should be
people "seconding" the nomination on that mailing list. Please let me know
who can do that.
