Hi Folks,

I will be stepping down as organizer of the Ottawa OSGEO meetup. Jérôme 
St-Louis has agreed to take over the meetup group (managing the meetup 
account and payment). Thanks so much Jérôme! I would ask that we pitch 
in to help cover the costs:)
