[owslibjs] Personal introduction

Hi everybody!

My name is Marc and I am a core developer of OpenLayers. I have been 
using many OGC-formats over the ~ 7 years that I have been working in 
the OpenSource GIS world.

I share the opinion that a dedicated library for read-/write support of 
the various OGC formats would be very useful.

I'd love to help developing such a library.
