[OWSLib-devel] OWSLib 0.6.0 released

The OWSLib team announces the release of OWSLib 0.6.0.

OWSLib is a Python package for client programming with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) web service (hence OWS) interface standards, and their related content models.

This release also marks our first (non-bugfix) release since moving to GitHub (pull requests, issues and contributions are easier now!).

- numerous bug fixes
