[owslib-devel] time for 0.5.0 release?

I'm working of WFS 2.0.0 (wfs200.py) - the support is still very pure (I
would rather say unsupported).

Since I can not guarantee any deadline for that, +1 for making new
release now

One question: will there be patches from Kyle or we will let this for
the next release?
