[OWSLib-devel] call WebMapService behind a proxy?

Hi all,
I have Python  2.6.6 and owslib 0.13.0

Is it possible call the function WebMapService being behind a proxy?
I've tried several ways but always get an error if I call the python script
from a web interface.
By python console the code works just right.
