Hi Tom,

I've asked this question also to QGIS developer mailing lists
(http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabble.com/QGIS-Developer-QGIS-supports-WCS-version-2-0-1-WCPS-natively-td5363730.html).
It seems they have already been working on this with C++ from GDAL
instead of Python.
